New Home Construction or Major Renovations

Warren Building provides project management services for new home construction or major renovations. We limit our schedule to 4 projects a year so every construction or remodel has our focus and attention.

Working in partnership with an architect or an engineering firm, we work with clients on conceptual drawings and floor plans, overall project management and provide full building services from site work to finishes.  We have the experience to deliver quality-driven building practices, knowledge of the industry and materials to guide clients to sustainable yet cost-effective solutions. Our experience insures that projects stay on budget and within set time frames.

Specialized Work

We provide specialized construction services, including project management, kitchen and bathroom upgrades, electrical work and other home improvements.

Small Projects

As our schedule allows, we provide consultation services for troubleshooting home issues. We take on small projects if our schedule allows or we can refer to other vendors.
