About David Warren

His company, Warren Building LLC, specializes in modern farm houses in Ulster County, New York.

David grew up in a tight-knit farming family on a beautiful, sprawling dairy farm in High Falls, NY. His remarkable mechanical ability and love of inventing became his trademark. Growing up on the farm gave him an early appreciation for the outdoors, mechanical feats and building functional dwellings.

After pursuing an engineering degree and several years inventing products and launching various start-ups, David shifted his focus to building modern homes. His business background and engineering skills are the perfect foundation for Warren Building. Along the way several projects caught his interest, constructing a log home in the Adirondack mountains, building a new home near the Ashokan Reservoir, restoring a 1830s stone house and finally converting a 1920’s carriage house into a modern, energy efficient home.

Throughout his evolution towards embracing a modern aesthetic, he has focused on smart building practices and energy efficient designs, and ensures each home is functional yet makes a statement. David relishes the challenge of taking on new designs and building in upstate New York.
